Feedback 101

This scenario based course is designed to teach the student on the proper steps on how to deliver a feedback in a corporate setting. The scenario is based on real life situations and during the course, when making a wrong choice, the student will be faced with a real life consequence when delivering feedback in a wrong and nonstructured way. It can be used as refresher, but also as an introduction to the basics of correct feedback.
